Quality Service Movers is an essential service, and we are working through the pandemic to service our customers. To maintain a safe environment for our staff and customers, we implement the following procedures on every move:
We offer a safe no contact virtual in-home estimate for our customers via Zoom or Skype and we also accept photo estimates as well.
If you are comfortable with one of our sales reps doing an in-home estimate, we will first do a pre-visit screening to identify important COVID-19 related questions. Below is an example of some questions we will ask you during our quick screening process:
Once you complete the questionnaire a sales rep will come to your home with personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, boot covers) and will maintain safe social distancing.
On your move day our movers will have on personal protective equipment & maintain safe social distancing. Our movers also do a COVID-19 pre-screening before arriving at your home.
We request that a maximum of two people are present during the move so that we can maintain safe social distancing. We also request that everyone present wears a mask during the move.
After the move is completed with the customers permission the movers will sanitize your surfaces and door handles with brand new gloves and disinfectant wipes.
Our trucks and equipment are then sanitized at the end of each move, and gloves are never re-used.
